Open Positions:

Job Title: Armed & Unarmed Security Guard

Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time / On-Call
Shift Options: Days / Nights / Weekends / Holidays

Key Responsibilities

  • Patrol assigned areas on foot and/or by vehicle

  • Monitor surveillance systems, alarms, and access points

  • Maintain a visible presence to deter criminal activity

  • Enforce property rules and security procedures

  • Respond to incidents, emergencies, and disturbances calmly and professionally

  • Write detailed daily activity and incident reports

  • Provide excellent customer service to clients, visitors, and staff

  • Communicate clearly with supervisors, team members, and law enforcement when needed

Requirements (All Applicants)

  • Must be at least 18 years old (21+ for armed roles depending on state laws)

  • High school diploma or GED preferred

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (if required for patrol roles)

  • Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and work outdoors as needed

  • Strong observation, communication, and conflict-resolution skills

  • Professional appearance and dependable attendance

  • Must pass a background check and drug screening

  • Prior security, military, or law enforcement experience is a plus (not required)

Additional Requirements (Armed Guards)

  • Current Armed Guard License / Permit (or ability to obtain)

  • Current firearms certification per state/local requirements

  • Demonstrated safe firearms handling and sound judgment

  • Ability to respond under pressure and follow use-of-force policies

  • Previous armed security experience strongly preferred
